Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

easy arrival provided toiletries helpful staff

I appreciated the straightforward online check-in processwith all access instructions. It certainly streamlined my arrival. The room offered provided toiletries from molton brown which smelled amazing. I also found the staff helpful and easy to contact by phone. Their responsiveness was excellent.

The absence of a TV in the room was an inconvenience, as i wanted to wind down with some news.

The room was newly refurbished with a modern bathroom. I noticed the shower had high-quality fixtures. Windows were large, allowing plenty of natural light into the room. The bed was comfortable.
